摘　　要：文章以近几年浙江大学对研究生分流退出工作的探索实践为例,从学籍管理工作的视角分析研究生分流退出工作的现状与难点,并提出加强和完善研究生分流退出工作机制建设的重要性。Taking Zhejiang University’s exploration and practice of postgraduate diversion and withdrawal in recent years as an example,and from the perspective of student status manage‐ment,this paper analyzes the current situation and difficulties of the work,and proposes the importance of strengthening and perfecting the construction of postgraduate diversion and with‐drawal mechanism.
