摘 要:目的探讨以护理结局为导向的临床教学在手术室护士培训中的应用效果。方法以2018年1-12月在手术室进行专科护士培训的48名护士为观察组,以2017年1-12月在手术室进行专科护士培训的45名护士为对照组,观察组采用以护理结局为导向的临床教学方法,对照组采用常规临床教学方法,比较2组护士考核成绩、护理服务质量及综合护理能力。结果观察组护士考核成绩、护理服务质量及综合护理能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以护理结局为导向的临床教学能有效提高手术室护士培训效果及综合护理技能,从而确保手术室护理服务质量符合患者需求。Objective To explore the application of clinical teaching based on nursing in the operating room nurse training.Methods Totally 48 nurses receiving specialist operation room nursing training in 2018 were selected into an observation group,while 45 trained in 2017 were chosen into a control group.The observation group was adopted nursing outcome-oriented clinical teaching,while the control group was given routine clinical teaching.The assessment score,nursing quality and comprehensive nursing ability of two groups were compared.Results All the measurements of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing outcome-oriented clinical teaching can effectively improve the training effect and comprehensive nursing skills of nurses in the operating room,thus ensuring that the nursing quality in the operating room meets the needs of patients.
