鼻窦鳞癌组织中C-erbB2和Ki-67及P63的表达与病理特征的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻窦鳞癌组织中C-erbB2和Ki-67及P63表达与病理特征的相关性。方法选取2017年12月至2020年12月间咸阳市第一人民医院收治的60例鼻窦鳞癌患者纳入鼻窦鳞癌组,另同期选取30例鼻内翻性乳头状瘤患者纳入鼻内翻性乳头状瘤组,选取30例鼻息肉患者纳入鼻息肉组。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测鼻窦鳞癌组织、鼻内翻性乳头状瘤组织以及鼻息肉组织的C-erbB2、Ki-67及P63水平情况,分析鼻窦鳞癌患者C-erbB2、Ki-67及P63指标呈现不同情况患者的临床病理特征,分析鼻窦鳞癌组织中C-erbB2、Ki-67及P63与病理特征的相关性。结果三组患者不同组织中C-erbB2、Ki-67及P63的表达情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。C-erbB2表达阳性与阴性患者性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、组织分化程度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C-erbB2表达阳性与阴性患者临床分期、淋巴结转移情况对比,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Ki-67和P63表达阳性与阴性患者性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ki-67和P63表达阳性与阴性患者临床分期、组织分化程度情况对比,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析结果显示,C-erbB2与鼻窦鳞癌患者的临床分期、淋巴结节转移情况呈正相关,Ki-67及P63与鼻窦鳞癌患者的临床分期、组织分化程度呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论鼻窦鳞癌组织中C-erbB2、Ki-67及P63与患者病理特征具有一定相关性,均与鼻窦鳞癌患者的临床分期呈正相关,可以应用评估病情,也可应用C-erbB2判断患者预后。Objective To investigate the correlation of C-erbB2,Ki-67 and p63 with pathological features in paranasal sinus squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Sixty patients with paranasal sinus squamous cell carcinoma were selected at Xianyan First People's Hospital from December 2017 to December 2020 and they were enrolled in a paranasal sinus squamous cell carcinoma group.Additionally,30 patients with nasal inverted papilloma were enrolled in a nasal inverted papilloma group and 30 patients with nasal polyp were enrolled in a nasal polyp group.Detection was conducted in the three groups using immunoperoxidase staining and the levels of C-erbB2,Ki-67 and p63 were detected and compared in the three groups.Then the clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed in 60 patients with nasal sinus squamous cell carcinoma.Finally,the correlation between C-erbB2,Ki-67 and p63 and pathological characteristics was analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the expression of C-erbB2,Ki-67 and p63 in different tissues among the three groups(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in gender,age,tumor size and tissue differentiation between patients with positive and negative C-erbB2 expression(P>0.05).There were significant differences in clinical stage and lymph node metastasis between patients with positive C-erbB2 expression and those with negative C-erbB2 expression(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in gender,age,tumor size and lymph node metastasis between positive and negative expression of Ki-67 and p63(P>0.05),while there was significant difference in clinical stage and tissue differentiation between patients with positive and negative Ki-67 and p63 expression(all P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that C-erbB2 was positively associated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05)and Ki-67 and p63 were positively correlated with the clinical stage and the degree of tissue differentiation(all P<0.05)in paranasal sinus squamous cell carcinoma.Conclusion C-erbB2,Ki-67 and p
