摘  要:采用三点法误差分离技术计算主轴回转误差时,为提高误差分离的精度,需要尽量降低信号中系统噪声的影响。通过比较不同滤波方法的效果,提出了集合平均和小波阈值去噪组合方法,提高了同步误差的分离精度;通过单独测量系统噪声标准差,并利用异步误差和噪声分别服从正态分布的特点,提出了提高异步误差分离精度的方法。对于精密主轴刚度测试,根据其轻载高速的特点,提出了采用部分瓦气体静压轴承技术给被测主轴加载的方法,并开发了具有5自由度自适应调节功能的非接触加载器,验证了该方法的有效性。To improve the measuring accuracy of error motion,it’s necessary to filter to eliminate the noise in the displacement signals when using the three-point error separation technique.After comparing the effects in different filtering methods with simulation and experiment,the paper proposes the ensemble average and wavelet combing denoising method which can significantly improves the separation accuracy of synchronous error motion(SEM).By measuring the system noise separately and considering that asynchronous error motion(ASEM)and noise are independent with each other and obey the normal distribution,a method to improve the separation accuracy of ASEM is proposed.As for the stiffness test under high speed condition,a novel method using partial air bearing to load spindle shaft is proposed.A non-contact loader with five degrees of freedom adjustment function is successfully developed and its effectiveness is verified by experiment.
