摘　　要：为推动职业教育实现高质量发展,国家进行顶层设计提出“1+X”证书制度试点方案。在分析船舶工程技术专业推行“1+X”证书制度的现实意义及面临问题的基础上,从人才培养方案、专业课程体系、专业师资队伍、专业实训条件四方面进行“1+X”证书制度下船舶工程技术专业人才培养实施方案设计。In order to promote the high-quality development of vocational education,the state has conducted the top-level design and put forward the pilot scheme of"1+X"certificate system.Based on the analysis of the practical significance and problems of implementing the"1+X"certificate system in ship engineering and technology major,this paper designs the implementation scheme of ship engineering and technology talents training under the"1+X"certificate system from four aspects,personnel training scheme,professional curriculum system,professional teaching staff and professional training conditions.
