摘　　要：超声检查技术是目前诊断和筛查乳腺癌疾病的最常用的手段。包括常规手持超声、超声弹性成像、超声造影、超声引导下穿刺活检以及自动乳腺全容积成像等。超声检查具有经济、快捷、方便、无辐射、软组织分辨力好等优势,对乳腺癌的早期筛查和诊断具有重要价值。因此,本文就超声成像技术在乳腺癌筛查、诊治中的应用进展进行综述。Ultrasound is the most commonly used method for diagnosis and screening of breast cancer.These include conventional hand-held ultrasound,ultrasound elastography,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,ultrasound-guided needle biopsy,and automated fullvolume breast imaging.Ultrasonography has the advantages of economy,quickness,convenience,no radiation and good soft tissue resolution,which is of great value in the early screening and diagnosis of breast cancer.Therefore,this paper reviews the application of ultrasound imaging technology in breast cancer screening,diagnosis and treatment.
