摘 要:临床数据数量呈指数性增长以及肿瘤诊断治疗中决策支持工具的缺乏,精准医学的前景现已成为临床现实。放射组学是通过从医学图像中提取高通量定量数据,提供一种非侵入性的方法来评估肿瘤异质性。目前针对结直肠癌的免疫疗法已正式应用于临床,但不同患者在接受同样的免疫治疗干预后却不一定能获益,这可能与患者肿瘤内存在的肿瘤免疫微环境密切相关。本文综述了放射组学在结直肠癌患者的肿瘤免疫微环境领域的主要应用,讨论了该领域当前的局限性以及未来的可能性,旨在为继续研究开发定量和个性化医学提供参考。With the exponential growth of clinical data and the lack of decision support tools in tumor diagnosis and treatment,the prospect of precision medicine has become a clinical reality.Radiomics provides a non-invasive method to evaluate tumor heterogeneity by extracting high-throughput quantitative data from medical images.At present,immunotherapy for colorectal cancer has been formally applied in clinic,but different patients may not benefit from the same immunotherapy intervention,which may be closely related to the tumor immune microenvironment in patients with tumor.This paper reviews the main applications of radiomics in the field of tumor immune microenvironment of colorectal cancer patients,and discusses the current limitations and future possibilities of this field,so as to provide reference for further research and development of quantitative and personalized medicine.
