摘　　要：“三全育人”是指主体维度的全员育人、时间维度的全过程育人、空间维度的全方位育人模式。湖南环境生物职业技术学院图书馆以“夯实服务技能提供优质服务育人、营造浓厚氛围育人、丰富思政文献育人、阅读推广推进校园文化育人、构建‘四位一体’信息素养教育体系、深化课程思政育人”为抓手,顶层设计聚焦新时代中国特色社会主义思想,构建协同育人共同体,加强新媒体技术的运用,促进学生综合素质的全面提升和可持续发展。“Three complete education”is the overall education mode of subject dimension,time dimension,and space dimension.The library of Hunan Polytechnic of Environment and Biology took“tamping service skills,providing high-quality service education,creating a strong atmosphere,enriching ideological and political literature education,promoting campus culture education through reading promotion,constructing“four in one”information literacy education system and deepening ideological and political education of curriculum”as the starting point,the top-level design focused on the socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and constructed a collaborative education community,strengthened the use of new media technology,so as to promote the comprehensive enhancement and sustainable development of students’comprehensive quality.
