摘　　要：目的探讨分析无托槽隐形矫治器在正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院收治的50例口腔正畸患者作为研究对象,采用计算机随机抽签法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例。观察组患者采用佩戴无托槽隐形矫治器治疗,对照组患者采用MBT金属托槽直丝弓矫治器治疗。比较两组患者的牙周指数[牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、龈沟探诊深度(SPD)];比较两组患者的牙体美观、社交、舒适、口腔卫生、心理障碍,矫正过程、生活质量及复诊次数的满意度评分;比较两组患者的口腔溃疡、牙齿疼痛、咀嚼困难不良反应评分。结果治疗6个月后,观察组患者的GI、PLI、SBI低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗6个月后的SPD比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12个月后,观察组患者在牙体美观、社交、舒适、口腔卫生、心理障碍、矫正过程、生活质量及复诊次数方面的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的口腔溃疡、牙齿疼痛、咀嚼困难不良反应评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床正畸治疗中,无托槽隐形矫治器的治疗效果确切,临床应用价值显著。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of bracketless invisible appliance in orthodontic treatment.Methods A total of 50 orthodontic patients admitted to Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by computer random drawing method,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with bracketless invisible appliance,and patients in the control group were treated with MBT metal bracket straight wire appliance.The periodontal index(gingival index[GI],plaque index[PLI],gingival crevicular bleeding index[SBI],gingival crevicular depth[SPD])of the two groups were compared.The satisfaction scores of dental aesthetics,social interaction,comfort,oral hygiene,psychological disorders,correction process,quality of life and the number of visits were compared between the two groups.The adverse reaction scores of oral ulcer,tooth pain and masticatory difficulty were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,GI,PLI and SBI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SPD between the two groups after 6 months of treatment(P>0.05).After 12 months of treatment,the satisfaction scores of patients in dental aesthetics,social interaction,comfort,oral hygiene,psychological disorders,correction process,quality of life and the number of visits in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction score of oral ulcer,tooth pain and masticatory difficulty in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical orthodontic treatment,the bracketless invisible appliance has a definite effect and significant clinical application value
