基于数据挖掘分析中药治疗急性胃肠功能损伤的用药规律

摘　　要：目的基于文献检索及数据挖掘方法,分析急性胃肠功能损伤的中药治疗规律,为临床提供用药参考。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库,获取2010年1月1日—2020年12月31日中医药临床治疗急性胃肠功能损伤的文献,根据纳入与排除标准进行文献筛选并建立中药用药数据库,采用古今医案云平台(V2.2.3)对用药频次、中药属性、关联性及复杂网络等进行分析。结果共纳入58个中药组方,涉及56种中药,使用频次前5位的中药依次为大黄、厚朴、枳实、芒硝、炙甘草,用药平均剂量为12.48 g、13.72 g、12.07 g、11.59 g、7.42 g。四气以温、寒、平性为主;五味以苦、辛、甘味为主;归经以脾、胃、肺经为主。关联性及复查网络分析结果显示,核心组方为大承气汤配伍当归、党参、附子、炒白术、炙甘草。结论临床上运用中药治疗急性胃肠功能损伤予大承气汤为基础的中药方剂,同时辨证配伍温阳、补气、健脾等药物,可获得更佳的治疗效果。Objective Based on literature retrieval and data mining,to analyze the treatment rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for acute gastrointestinal function injury(AGI),so as to provide clinical reference for drug use.Methods The medical research literature of AGI treatment by TCM in January 1,2010 to December 31,2020 were collected from CNKI、Wanfang and VIP database.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,all the literature were screened and the information of prescriptions and medicines were extracted to establish the database.Imported the database into the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform(V2.2.3)and analyzed the frequency,attribute,correlation and complex network of medication.Results A total of 58 prescriptions were included,involving 56 kinds of Chinese medicine.The top five Chinese medicine with the higher frequency of prescriptions were Rhubarb,Magnolia officinalis,Fructus aurantii Immaturus,Mirabilite,Fried Licorice and the average using dose were 12.48 g,13.72 g,12.07 g,11.59 g and 7.42 g.The main property of medicine was warm,cold,flat,and tastes were bitter,pungent and sweet.The main belonged meridians were spleen,stomach and lung.The results of correlation and complex network analysis showed that the core prescription was Dachengqi Decoction combined with Angelica,Codonopsis,Aconite,Fried Atractylodes macrocephala,Fried Licorice.Conclusion The clinical treatment of acute gastrointestinal injury with TCM could based on Dachengqi Decoction.At the same time,it can be combined with medicines such as warming Yang、invigorating Qi or invigorating the Spleen to obtain better therapeutic effects.
