摘 要:普通内科学是临床医学的重要组成部分,因为疾病涉及面广,病情表现复杂,需要临床医师重点研究。普通内科学的临床带教不仅是要传授给医学生相关的理论知识,更重要的是要教会临床学习医师在实践过程中解决问题的能力。传统的传统教学法(LBL)虽然可以较好地将理论知识教授给学生,但是在学生的实践能力培养方面不如案例教学法(CBL),因为CBL教学模式可以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高其临床思辨能力,将理论密切联系实践,更好地培养学生的临床诊治能力。General internal medicine is an important part of clinical medicine,because the general internal disease involves a wide range and the disease manifestation is complex,which needs the clinician to focus on the research.Clinical teaching of general internal medicine is not only to impart relevant theoretical knowledge to medical students,but also more importantly to teach clinical learning physicians the ability to solve problems in practice.Although traditional lecture based learning(LBL)teaching method can better teach students theoretical knowledge,it is not as good as case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in cultivating students′practical ability.CBL teaching mode can stimulate students′interest in learning,improve their clinical critical thinking ability,closely connect theory with practice,and better cultivate students′clinical diagnosis and treatment ability.
