全身麻醉下儿童龋病治疗的回顾性临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察分析全身麻醉下行儿童龋病系统化治疗的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2015年6月~2019年6月于广州医科大学附属口腔医院儿童口腔科就诊有牙科恐惧症其龋病需治疗的0~12岁患儿844例,评估在全麻状态下或束缚局麻下行龋病系统化治疗后6、12、24个月的临床疗效。结果:全麻状态下行龋病治疗的儿童复查依从率高于束缚局麻下治疗者,治疗结束之后第24个月复查时继发龋发生率及充填物脱落率低于束缚局麻下治疗者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上牙科恐惧儿童更加适合全麻下行龋病系统化治疗,其耗时短、疗效佳,缓解患儿恐惧心理和焦虑情绪,有助于提高患儿就诊的依从性。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of general anesthesia in the treatment of caries in children.Methods:Totally 844 cases of children aged 0~12 who had dental fear and caries were collected in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry in the Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from June 2015 to June 2019.These cases were divided into the restraint-local anesthesia group and the general anesthesia group.The clinical effects of caries systemic treatment under general anesthesia or restraint-local anesthesia were retrospectively studied at 6,12,and 24 months after treatment.Results:After the treatment of caries in children, the compliance rate of the 6,12,and 24 months review in experiment group was higher compared to the control group, and at the 24 th month after the end of treatment, the rate of secondary caries and filler loss was lower than the control group.Conclusion:Caries treatment to children with dental fear under general anesthesia can reduce psychological fear and anxiety, and improve children’s compliance.
