摘 要:目的:探讨不同的植入部位对微种植钉骨结合的影响。方法:选择需要微种植钉增强支抗的错牙合畸形患者37例,上、下颌不同区域植入微种植钉,并分析测量微种植钉最大旋入扭矩(maximum insertion torque value, MIT)及最大旋出扭矩(maximum removal torque value, MRT)。结果:植入后牙区牙槽骨微种植钉MRT值高于前牙区(P<0.05);下颌牙槽骨微种植钉MRT值高于上颌(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示MIT值与MRT值无统计学相关性(P>0.05)。结论:骨密度及骨皮质厚度越大,微种植钉骨结合强度越好。Objective:To investigate the effect of implanting locations on the osseointegration between microimplant and surrounding bone tissue.Methods:Thirty-seven pantients with malocclusion requiring enhanced anchorage with microimplants were selected.Microimplants were implanted in the patient’s upper or lower jaw.The maximum insertion torque value(MIT)and maximum removal torque value(MRT)of successful microimplants were measured.Results:The MRT of microimplants in the posterior part of the alveolar bone was higher than that in the anterior part of alveolar bone(P<0.05).The MRT of the microimplantsimplanted in mandibular was higher than that in maxillary(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between MIT and MRT(P>0.05).Conclusion:The alveolar cortical thickness and bone density had an effect on the osseointegration of the microimplants.The thicker bone cortex and the higher bone density make the better stability of osseointegration.
