新产业形势下基于“1+X”证书导向的高职环境工程技术专业人才培养方案设计

摘　　要：在“1+X”证书制度试点以及节能环保产业快速发展的形势下,加强“1+X”证书导向下高职环境类专业人才培养方案设计显得尤为重要。以扬州市职业大学环境工程技术专业为例,介绍了“1+X”证书制度融入人才培养方案的思路与过程,并从产业业态及技术需求调研、培养目标与规格及职业面向确定、课程体系构建、保障体系设计等方面,阐述了新产业形势下基于“1+X”证书导向的人才培养方案设计内容,为环境类专业人才培养方案的制(修)订提供参考。Under the situation of the pilot 1+X certificate system and the rapid development of the energy-saving and environmental protection industry,it is particularly important to strengthen the design of higher vocational environmental professionals under the guidance of the 1+X certificate.Taking the environmental engineering technology major of a higher vocational college in Yangzhou as an example,this paper introduced the idea and process of integrating the 1+X certificate system into the talent training program,and elaborated the design content of talent training program based on 1+X certificate under the new industry situation from the aspects of industrial format and technical demand investigation,training objectives and specifications and career orientation determination,curriculum system construction,security system design,etc.
