摘　　要：随着现代社会竞争压力增加,以及人类生活饮食习惯的改变,脑卒中的发病率呈逐渐升高的趋势,现已成为全球范围内导致成年人长期残疾和死亡的第二大原因,严重危害人类身体健康。脑卒中分缺血性和出血性两种,缺血性卒中约占总数的87%,其中又以局灶性缺血更为多见,因此局灶性脑缺血动物模型的建立对于人类卒中的研究及防治具有至关重要的意义。本文就目前最常用的啮齿类动物局灶性脑缺血模型及其改良方法作一述评。With the increasing pressure of competition in modern society and the changes in human living and eating habits,the incidence of cerebral stroke is gradually increasing,and it has become the second cause resulting in the long-term disability and death od adults,which seriously harms human health.There are two types of stroke including ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke,in which,ischemic strokes accounts for 87%,of which,focal ischemia is even more.Therefore,the establishment of animal models with focal cerebral ischemia is of vital significance for the research,prevention and treatment of human stroke.This article reviews the most commonly used rodent models with focal cerebral ischemia and improved methods at present.
