摘　　要：中国是世界第一渔业大国,也是世界水产品进出口贸易大国。水产品产量和消费量的持续增加,随之引发的各类质量安全问题逐渐引起消费者的关注。生产成本的提高、商家对更高利润的期望、水源环境的恶化及兽药的残留等都是影响水产品质量安全的重要因素。这些因素不仅给消费者带来健康问题,而且也为监管部门拉响了警铃。本研究通过梳理中国水产品近年监督抽检结果,对比中国内地、美国、日本、澳大利亚以及中国香港兽药管理的差异,对当前中国水产品的质量安全状况及形势进行分析并发现安全风险点,同时提出相应对策建议。China is the largest fishery country,and also the aquatic products import and export trade country over the world.With the continuous improvement of the production and consumption of aquatic products,all kinds of quality and safety problems follow,and are gradually attracted the attention of consumers.The increase of production cost,the expectation of higher profit,the deterioration of water environment and the residue of veterinary drugs are the important factors affecting the quality and safety of aquatic products.This not only poses health risks for consumers,but also raises alarm bells for regulators.In this paper,by combing the monitoring and sampling results of China's aquatic products in recent years and comparing the differences in veterinary drug management among China's Mainland,the United States,Japan,Australia and Hong Kong,China,the current quality and safety situation of China's aquatic products were analyzed to find safety risks,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
