摘　　要：腹泻造成家兔养殖业巨大损失,传统方法是在兔饲料中添加抗生素来预防和治疗腹泻,但随着饲料促生长用抗生素的禁用,具有抗生素相似功效的绿色健康饲料添加剂研究开发的重要性日益凸显。酸化剂、益生元、氨基酸和植物精油研究历史较长,不良反应小,在猪、禽和反刍动物上应用较多且效果相对稳定,但用于兔的研究与应用较少。因此,选取其中代表性物质柠檬酸、低聚果糖、谷氨酰胺和牛至油,阐述其理化性质、防止腹泻作用机制和在家兔中的应用研究,以期对以上饲料添加剂在兔饲料中的使用发挥一定的现实指导意义。Diarrhea caused great losses in rabbit breeding industry,the traditional method is to add antibiotics in rabbit feed to prevent and treat diarrhea.However,with the prohibition of antibiotics for growth promotion in feed,the research and development of green healthy feed additives with similar effects of antibiotics has become increasingly important.Acidifiers,prebiotics,amino acids and plant essential oils have been studied for a long time with few side effects.They are widely used in pigs,poultry or ruminants with relatively stable effects,but rarely in rabbits.Therefore,this paper selected the representative substances of citric acid,fructooligosaccharides,glutamine and oregano oil to elaborate their physical and chemical properties,action mechanism and application research in rabbits,in order to have certain practical significance for the use of the above feed additives in rabbit feed.
