子宫内膜癌患者腹腔镜术后乐观倾向与创伤后成长的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜癌患者腹腔镜术后乐观倾向、创伤后成长现状,并分析乐观倾向与创伤后成长的相关性。方法选取2019年1月至2020年5月在鹿邑县人民医院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的60例子宫内膜癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均在术后次日采用自制的乐观倾向评分评估子宫内膜癌患者乐观倾向水平,采用创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI)评估患者创伤后成长水平,并分析子宫内膜癌患者腹腔镜术后乐观倾向与创伤后成长的相关性。结果60例子宫内膜癌患者中,低水平乐观倾向共有12例(20.00%),中水平共22例(36.67%),高水平共26例(43.33%);低水平患者的精神改变、欣赏生活、个人力量、新的可能、人际关系及PTGI总分最低,其次为中水平、高水平患者最高,3组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Kendall’s tau-b相关性分析结果显示,子宫内膜癌患者腹腔镜术后乐观倾向与创伤后成长呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌患者腹腔镜术后乐观倾向与创伤后成长水平呈正相关,即患者术后乐观倾向水平越高,其创伤后成长水平越高。Objective To investigate the optimistic tendency and posttraumatic growth status of patients with endometrial cancer after laparoscopic surgery,and to analyze the correlation between optimistic tendency and posttraumatic growth.Methods Sixty patients with endometrial cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Luyi County People’s Hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The optimistic tendency of all patients were assessed with self-made optimistic tendency score on the next day after operation.Posttraumatic growth inventory(PTGI)was used to assess the level of posttraumatic growth of patients,and the correlation between postoperative optimistic tendency and posttraumatic growth in patients with endometrial cancer was analyzed.Results Among 60 cases of patients with endometrial cancer,12 cases(20.00%)had low level of optimistic tendency,22 cases(36.67%)had medium level of optimistic tendency and 26 cases(43.33%)had high level of optimistic tendency.Low level patients had the lowest scores of mental change,appreciation of life,personal strength,new possibilities,interpersonal relationship and PTGI,followed by middle level and high level patients,compared among the three groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Through Kendall’s tau-b correlation analysis,the results showed that there was a positive correlation between postoperative optimistic tendency and posttraumatic growth in patients with endometrial cancer(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between postoperative optimistic tendency and posttraumatic growth in patients with endometrial cancer.That is to say,the higher the level of postoperative optimistic tendency of patients,the higher the level of posttraumatic growth.
