脑蛋白水解物注射液联合盐酸美金刚片治疗血管性痴呆的效果

摘　　要：目的分析采用脑蛋白水解物注射液联合盐酸美金刚片治疗血管性痴呆(VD)患者的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月信阳市第四人民医院治疗的70例VD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,各35例。两组患者均接受常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组接受盐酸美金刚片治疗,观察组接受脑蛋白水解物注射液联合盐酸美金刚片治疗,两组均治疗2个月。比较两组脑血流动力学指标、认知功能及日常生活活动能力,统计两组治疗期间不良反应(头晕、疲倦、恶心、呕吐)总发生率。结果治疗2个月,观察组大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)平均血流速率均高于对照组(P<0.05),简易精神状态检查(MMSE)量表和日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑蛋白水解物注射液联合盐酸美金刚片可有效改善VD患者的脑血流动力学,改善患者认知功能及日常生活活动能力。Objective To analyze the curative effect of cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection combined with memantine hydrochloride tablets on vascular dementia(VD).Methods A total of 70 patients with VD who were treated in Xinyang Fourth People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups of patients received conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group received memantine hydrochloride tablets treatment,and the observation group received cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection combined with memantine hydrochloride tablets treatment.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The cerebral hemodynamic indexes,cognitive function and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups,and the total incidence of adverse reactions(dizziness,fatigue,nausea and vomiting)during the treatment period of the two groups was counted.Results After 2 months of treatment,in the observation group,the average blood flow rate of the anterior cerebral artery(ACA),middle cerebral artery(MCA),and posterior cerebral artery(PCA)were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of the simple mental state examination(MMSE)and the ability of daily living scale(ADL)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection combined with memantine hydrochloride tablets can effectively improve the cerebral hemodynamics of patients with VD,and improve the cognitive function and activities of daily living of patients.
