摘 要:甲酸钾在新型干燥剂、制冷剂、热泵吸收工质等领域应用广泛,但目前对于甲酸钾水溶液的物化性质相关研究较少,现有公开数据不能满足应用需求。采用密度计和黏度计测定303.15-353.15 K、质量分数20%-80%甲酸钾溶液的密度与黏度,并用方程进行关联,得到相应方程参数,所得方程具有较高的精度。采用动态沸点法,测定在303.15-423.15 K、质量分数20%-80%的甲酸钾水溶液的饱和蒸汽压数据,并采用Antoine方程和溶剂活度关联式2种模型进行拟合。结果表明,2种模型计算结果均与实验数据高度吻合,平均相对误差分别为1.21%和1.89%。测定结果对甲酸钾在工业上的应用提供了可靠的基础数据。Potassium formate is widely used in the fields of new desiccant,refrigerant and heat pump absorbing medium,etc.However,there are few studies on the physicochemical properties of potassium formate aqueous solution,and the availably published data cannot satisfy the requirements of application.Densitometer and viscometer were used to determine the density and viscosity of aqueous solution of potassium formate within the temperature range of 303.15-353.15 K and the mass fraction of 20%-80%potassium formate,respectively.Equations were used to correlate the density and viscosity with temperature and mass fraction,and the corresponding equation parameters were calculated.The results show the equations are of high precision.The saturated vapor pressure of potassium formate aqueous solution within 303.15-423.15 K and 20%-80% mass fraction were measured by dynamic boiling point method.Two models,Antoine equation and solvent activity correlation equation,were used for fitting.The calculated results show that the two models are highly consistent with the experimental data,and the average relative errors are 1.21%and 1.89%,respectively.These results provide reliable basic data for the industrial applications of potassium formate.
