摘  要:在铝板带箔生产过程中,铸轧铝板带的断面形状对其板形影响极大。尽管冷轧机有弯辊、倾斜和冷却位置控制等板形调节手段,但铸轧坯料的断面形状若不理想,也无法轧出好的板形。为了得到良好的板形,控制铸轧区、保持前箱液面高度稳定、合理控制冷却水量和轧制速度是非常重要的手段。结合实际生产中Ф650 mm×1600 mm双辊倾斜式铸轧机生产的铸轧板板形超差的原因,对设备和生产工艺提出一些修改方案,以便获得更加优良的板形。In the production process of aluminum sheet and foil,the section shape of cast rolled aluminum sheet and strip has a great influence on its shape.Although the cold rolling mill has the means of shape adjustment,such as roll bending,tilting and cooling position control,the section shape of cast rolled blank is unsatisfactory,and a good shape can not be obtained.In order to get a good shape,to control the cast rolling area,to keep the liquid level of the front box stable,and to reasonably control the cold shape are very important.However,the amount of water and rolling speed are very important.Based on the cause of out of tolerance of strip shape produced byФ650 mm×1600mm double roll inclined caster in our plant,some modification schemes are put forward for equipment and production process to obtain better strip shape.
