摘　　要：新型"上头"电子烟是一种新型毒品,这种新型毒品号称不成瘾、使人舒适放松,实际则添加了人工合成大麻素等物质。青年(青少年和成人早期)人群由于本身存在喜欢尝试新鲜事物、自控力较弱等特征,使其更容易在好奇心的驱使下接触此类新型毒品。本文通过报告1例青年人使用新型"上头"电子烟的病例诊疗过程,介绍该例患者的戒断症状、临床特点及治疗过程,供临床工作者参考和讨论。The new "Shangtou" electronic cigarettes is a new kind of drug. It claim stobe not addictive and makes people comfortable and relaxed. In fact, it is added with synthetic cannabinoid and other substances. Young people(teenagers and young adulthoods) are more likely to touch it driven by curiosity because they like to try fresh things and have weak selfcontrol. This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment processof a youngmanusing a new type of "Shangtou" e-cigarette, introduces the withdrawal symptoms, clinical characteristics and treatment process of the patient, for reference and discussion of clinical workers.
