化疗相关性恶心呕吐认知问卷的编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的编制化疗患者化疗相关性恶心呕吐认知问卷。方法在知信行理论模式及健康信念模式内涵的指导下,结合专家咨询,研究组研讨,预调查等形成初始问卷。采用便利抽样的方法,选取2019年2月—2020年10月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院妇科化疗的恶性肿瘤患者进行调查。通过题项筛选、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析以及信度检验对问卷进行信效度评价。结果最终问卷提取了3个公因子,分别为基础知识认知、影响因素认知、防治方法认知,共22个题项,共解释方差变异的64.005%。总问卷的Cronbach'sα系数为0.897,折半信度为0.631,重测信度为0.879,各维度的Cronbach'sα系数0.893~0.927,折半信度0.866~0.895,重测信度0.750~0.879。问卷各维度的内容效度指数0.86~1,量表水平内容效度指数为0.92。结论编制的化疗相关性恶心呕吐认知问卷信效度良好,可以用于临床工作者评价化疗患者对化疗相关性恶心呕吐的认知。Objective To compile a cognitive questionnaire on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting for chemotherapy patients.Methods Under the guidance of the theoretical model of knowledge,belief and practice and connotation of the health belief model,the initial questionnaire was formed in combination with expert consultation,research group discussions and pre-surveys.Using the convenient sampling method,malignant tumor patients who underwent chemotherapy in the first Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from February 2019 to October 2020 were selected for investigation.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were evaluated by item deletion,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and reliability test.Results In the final questionnaire,3 common factors were extracted,which were cognition of basic knowledge,cognition of influencing factors and cognition of prevention and treatment methods.There were 22 items in total,explaining 64.005%of variance variation.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.897,the split half reliability was 0.631 and the retest reliability was 0.879.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of each dimension ranged from 0.893 to 0.927,the split half reliability ranged from 0.866 to 0.895 and the retest reliability ranged from 0.750 to 0.879.The content validity index of each dimension of the questionnaire ranged from 0.86 to 1,and the content validity index at the scale level was 0.92.Conclusions Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting Cognitive Questionnaire compiled has good reliability and validity,which can be used by clinicians to evaluate cognition of chemotherapy patients in chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting.
