摘 要:针对当前节能型液压抽油机的研究,大多数学者、专家以蓄能器和飞轮作为主要储能元件,节能效果同传统抽油机相比有一定改进。本文提出一种新型节能抽油机,基于以往液压抽油机系统二次调节静液技术基础上,结合变频回馈技术,主要适用于无级调速、长冲程工况等环境。文中对该系统的组件及工作原理进行介绍,并对抽油机各主要元件和液压系统建模及控制策略进行分析,针对位移、速度仿真曲线存在的问题提出解决方法。In view of the current research on energy saving hydraulic pumping units,most scholars and experts use accumulators and flywheels as main energy storage elements,and the simultaneous interpreting results show that the energy saving effect is improved compared with the traditional pumping units.In this paper,a new energy-saving pumping unit was proposed,which was based on the secondary regulation hydrostatic technology of the previous hydraulic pumping unit system,combined with frequeney conversion feedback technology,and was mainly suitable for the environment of stepless speed regulation,long stroke working condition and so on.This paper introduced and analyzed the system components and working principle,analyzed the modeling and control strategy of the main components and hydraulic system of the pumping unit,and put forward solutions to the problems existing in the displacement and speed simulation curve.
