摘  要:目的探讨特殊富含AT序列结合蛋白2(SATB2)和S100钙结合蛋白P(S100P)在人结直肠癌组织中的表达与临床病理学特征的关系,以及其与上皮-间充质转化(EMT)相关蛋白β-catenin、E-cadherin之间的相关性。方法随机选取100例结直肠癌术后癌组织标本及其癌旁正常黏膜组织标本,采用免疫组织化学方法检测SATB2、S100P、β-catenin、E-cadherin表达,并分析SATB2、S100P表达与结直肠癌临床病理学特征的关系,以及与β-catenin、E-cadherin表达之间的相关性。结果SATB2在结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为90.0%,低于癌旁正常黏膜组织(98.0%)(χ^(2)=5.674,P<0.05),且SATB2的表达与肿瘤大小、分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(χ^(2)=14.733~19.424,P<0.05)。S100P在结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为65.0%,高于癌旁正常黏膜组织(4.0%)(χ^(2)=82.332,P<0.01),且S100P的表达与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(χ^(2)=13.298、14.945,P<0.05)。结直肠癌组织中SATB2与S100P表达呈负相关(r=-0.254,P<0.05);SATB2、S100P表达与β-catenin的异常表达有关(r=-0.258、0.284,P<0.05),与E-cadherin的表达无关(r=-0.045、0.128,P>0.05)。结论结直肠癌组织中SATB2低表达、S100P高表达与肿瘤的浸润转移密切相关,可能通过引起β-catenin蛋白异常表达而介导结直肠癌EMT的发生。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of special AT-rich sequence-binding protein 2(SATB2)and S100 calcium binding protein P(S100P)in human colorectal cancer tissues and clinicopathological characteristics of colorectal cancer,as well as the correlation between the expression of SATB2 and S100P and the expression of epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)-related proteinsβ-catenin and E-cadherin.Methods Cancer tissue specimens and adjacent normal mucosal tissues were collected from randomly selected 100 postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of SATB2,S100P,β-catenin,and E-cadherin proteins.Analyses were performed on the relationship between SATB2 and S100P expression and clinicopathological characteristics of colorectal cancer,as well as the correlation of their expression with the expression ofβ-catenin and E-cadherin.Results SATB2 had a positive expression rate of 90.0%in colorectal cancer tissues,which was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal mucosal tissues(98.0%)(χ^(2)=5.674,P<0.05),and SATB2 expression was related to tumor size,degree of tumor differentiation,and lymph node metastasis(χ^(2)=14.733-19.424,P<0.05).S100P had a positive expression rate of 65.0%in colorectal cancer tissues,which was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal mucosal tissues(4.0%)(χ^(2)=82.332,P<0.01),and S100P expression was related to the degree of tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis(χ^(2)=13.298,14.945;P<0.05).In colorectal cancer tissues,there was a negative correlation between SATB2 and S100P expression(r=-0.254,P<0.05);the expression of SATB2 and S100P was correlated with the abnormal expression ofβ-catenin(r=-0.258,0.284;P<0.05),but not with the expression of E-cadherin(r=-0.045,0.128;P>0.05).Conclusion The low expression of SATB2 and high expression of S100P in colorectal cancer tissues are closely related to the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer tissues,which may mediate the
