同步放化疗治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及生存质量分析

摘　　要：目的分析同步放化疗治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及生存质量。方法选取该院2017年10月—2020年4月收治的Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者72例,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,两组患者分别采用序贯放化疗和同步放化疗,每组36例,对其治疗后的疗效以及生活质量评分进行对比。结果研究组总治疗有效率77.78%,显著高于对照组52.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.963,P=0.026)。组间治疗后,研究组的生存质量评分为(68.77±3.96)分,对照组的生存质量评分为(61.08±4.05)分,两组生存质量评分较治疗前均有明显提升,但研究组提升幅度比对照组更为显著,差异有统计学意义(t=8.146,P<0.001)。结论在Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床治疗中,同步放化疗治疗的疗效理想,有利于改善患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the efficacy and quality of life of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of stageⅢnon-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 72 patients with stageⅢnon-small cell lung cancer admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group.The two groups of patients were treated with sequential chemotherapy and concurrent chemotherapy.There were 36 cases in each group,and the efficacy and quality of life scores after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 77.78%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 52.78%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.963,P=0.026).After treatment between the groups,the quality of life score of the study group was(68.77±3.96)points,and the quality of life score of the control group was(61.08±4.05)points.The quality of life scores of both groups were significantly improved compared to before treatment,but the study group improvement amplitude was more significant compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.146,P<0.001).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with stageⅢnon-small cell lung cancer,concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy are effective in improving the quality of life of patients.
