摘　　要：本文从混改单位的财务管理入手,结合政策研读和典型案例分析,依托现有工程管理的深入分析,从财务规划、财务运营、财务服务、财务监督四个方面,总结归纳基建工程财务管理对应的转型策略。This paper starts with the financial management of the mixed ownership reform of SOEs,combines the current policy and typical case analysis,relies on the in-depth analysis of the existing project management,and summarizes the transformation strategies corresponding to the financial management of infrastructure projects from the four aspects of financial planning,financial operations,financial services,and financial supervision.
