摘　　要：本文在借鉴和参考国内外学者研究成果的基础上,以廊坊地区现有人才支撑体系和科技创新人才的现状作为基础构架,对地区如何以科技创新为发展契机建立更加完善的人才支撑体系的现状进行研究,并在理论经验和城市实际发展相结合的基础上,提出以职业教育为基础,加大社会技术培育,深化科技创新为导向的发展策略。Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this article uses the existing talent support system and the status quo of scientific and technological innovation talents in Langfang area as the basic framework,and how to establish a more complete talent support system with scientific and technological innovation as a development opportunity.It carries out research and puts forward development strategies based on vocational education,increasing social technology cultivation,and deepening scientific and technological innovation based on the combination of theoretical experience and actual urban development.
