摘　　要：基于真实应用驱动的教学模式强调按照真实环境真学真做掌握真本领的要求开展教学活动,对职业教育教学改革和人才培养有着指导性作用。本文以高职酒店管理专业核心专业课《饭店管理概论》课程为例,在分析课程教学中存在的各种问题后,对校企协同如何结合酒店实际情境和工作任务开展专业教学改革提出了具体的措施和办法,并对相应的保障条件进行了探讨,为切实提高高职人才培养质量提供了可借鉴的经验。The teaching model based on real application-driven emphasizes teaching activities in accordance with the requirements of real learning and mastering the real skills in a real environment,which has a guiding effect on the teaching reform of vocational education and the cultivation of talents.This article takes the core professional course Introduction to Hotel Management for higher vocational hotel management as an example.After analyzing various problems in the course teaching,it puts forward specific teaching reforms on how college-enterprise collaboration combines the actual situation and work tasks of the hotel to carry out professional teaching reforms.Measures,methods,and the corresponding guarantee conditions were discussed,which provided useful experience for practically improving the quality of higher vocational talent training.
