脑梗死恢复期患者创伤后成长与家庭功能的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨脑梗死恢复期患者创伤后成长、家庭功能水平现状,并分析创伤后成长与家庭功能之间的相关性。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月泌阳县人民医院收治的70例脑梗死恢复期患者作为研究对象,在患者入院后1 h内测定创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI)及家庭功能评定量表(FAD)评分,并分析脑梗死恢复期患者创伤后成长与家庭功能之间的相关性。结果70例脑梗死恢复期患者中,家庭功能良好共34例(48.57%),中度障碍共21例(30.00%),严重障碍共15例(21.43%);家庭功能良好的脑梗死恢复期患者精神改变、欣赏生活、个人力量、新的可能、人际关系及PTGI评分最高,其次为家庭功能中度障碍,家庭功能严重障碍的患者PTGI评分最低,3组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Kendall’s tau-b相关性分析结果显示,脑梗死恢复期患者创伤后成长与家庭功能呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论脑梗死恢复期患者创伤后成长与家庭功能呈正相关,患者家庭功能越好,创伤后成长越好。Objective To explore the current situation of post-traumatic growth and family function in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction,and to analyze the correlation between post-traumatic growth and family function.Methods A total of 70 convalescent patients with cerebral infarction received by the People’s Hospital of Biyang County from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The scores of post traumatic growth inventory(PTGI)and family assessment device(FAD)of all patients were measured within 1 hour after admission,and the correlation between post-traumatic growth and family function in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction was analyzed.Results Among 70 patients in convalescent stage of cerebral infarction,34 cases(48.57%)had good family function,and 21 cases(30.00%)had moderate disorder and 15 cases(21.43%)had severe disorder.The total scores of mental change,appreciation of life,personal strength,new possibility,interpersonal relationship and PTGI in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction who had good family function were the highest,followed by moderate family function disorder,and the patients with severe family function disorder were the lowest,there were statistical differences among the three groups(P<0.05).Kendall’s tau-b correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between post-traumatic growth and family function in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between post-traumatic growth and family function in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction.The better the patient’s family function level,the better the posttraumatic growth level.
