摘　　要：目的探讨微小切口进路坚固内固定对下颌骨骨折患者的疗效。方法选取洛宁县人民医院2018年10月至2019年10月收治的95例下颌骨骨折患者,其中接受常规切开复位内固定的46例为对照组,另接受微小切口进路坚固内固定治疗的49例患者为观察组。比较两组手术效果、术后恢复情况、术后并发症发生率、口腔功能恢复情况。结果观察组手术总有效率(95.92%)较对照组(80.43%)高(P<0.05)。观察组骨痂形成时间、肿胀消退时间、张口度恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率(6.12%)较对照组(28.26%)低(P<0.05)。观察组颞下颌关节功能、咬合关系、开口度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微小切口进路坚固内固定治疗下颌骨骨折效果较好,可有效加快康复进程,改善口腔功能,减少术后并发症。Objective To investigate the effect of rigid internal fixation with small incision approach on patients with mandibular fractures.Methods A total of 95 patients with mandibular fractures admitted to Luoning County People’s Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected.Among them,46 patients who received conventional open reduction and internal fixation were included in the control group,and the other 49 patients who received rigid internal fixation through the small incision approach were included in the observation group.The surgical effect,postoperative recovery,postoperative complication rate,and oral function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of surgery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(95.92%vs.80.43%,P<0.05).The callus formation time,swelling subsided time,and mouth opening recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(6.12%vs.28.26%,P<0.05).The temporomandibular joint function,occlusal relationship and opening degree of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The small incision approach with firm internal fixation is effective in treating mandibular fractures,which could effectively speed up the rehabilitation process,improve oral function,and reduce postoperative complications.
