摘 要:细菌性阴道病是阴道内较高浓度的条件致病菌替代了正常状态下占主导地位的乳酸杆菌所引起的妇科临床综合征,其高发病率与复发率严重影响了广大女性的身心健康。动物模型是研究疾病发病机制、治疗进展及新药开发等的重要手段和实验证据,由于缺乏可靠的动物模型,细菌性阴道病的具体病因尚不完全清楚。目前对细菌性阴道病动物模型的构建仍存在很多争议,本文就细菌性阴道病动物模型的菌种选择、实验动物的优缺点进行综述,以期对细菌性阴道病的进一步研究提供理论依据。Bacterial vaginosis(BV)is a gynecologic clinical syndrome that caused by high concentration of conditional pathogenic bacteria in vagina,which had replaced the dominant lactobacillus in normal state.High morbidity and recurrence rate of disease cause physical and mental harm to women in general.Animal model is an important method and experimental evidence contribute to study the pathogenesis,treatment progress and drug development.Due to the lack of reliable animal models,the specific etiology of bacterial vaginosis is not completely clear.At present,there are still many controversies on the construction of BV animal model.In this article,we would summarize the selection of strains,the advantages and disadvantages of BV animal models,expect to provide a basis and development direction for further research of BV.
