摘 要:排球运动是一项高爆发、快节奏的运动项目,为了让排球运动员适应排球比赛的强度要求,现阶段普遍将快速伸缩复合训练应用于排球运动员的日常体能训练中。本文的目的是综述快速伸缩复合训练对排球运动员运动表现的影响。通过检索各大数据库关于快速伸缩复合训练对排球运动员运动表现影响的相关文献,结果发现快速伸缩复合训练对排球运动员的垂直纵跳能力、下肢力量、水平跳跃能力以及灵敏能力均有积极影响。因此快速伸缩复合训练能够显著提高排球运动员的运动表现。Volleyball is a high explosive,fast paced sport.In order for volleyball players to adapt to the intensity requirements of volleyball matches,plyometric training is now commonly used in the daily physical training.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the effects of plyometric training on the sports performance of volleyball players.By retrieving the related literature of each database about the influence of plyometric training on volleyball athlete movement performance,the result finds that plyometric training have positive influence on volleyball player’s vertical longitudinal jump ability,lower limb strength,horizontal jump ability and sensitivity ability.Therefore,plyometric training can significantly improve the sports performance of volleyball players.
