摘　　要：新时代纪检监察体制改革是推进国家治理腐败体系和治理腐败能力现代化的重大举措。改革的主要任务是重点解决反腐败机构职能分散、责任落实不到位、案件难查办等体制问题,通过加强党的统一领导,实现反腐败机构、职能的衔接、贯通与协同,重构纪检监察体制并全面提高其整体效能。改革的基本方略是在党的统一领导下,强化反腐败机构的独立性、权威性、责任性和效能性,通过体制机制建设,不断提升反腐败机构、职能衔接、贯通与协同的层次和水平。改革的目标是构建党统一指挥、全面覆盖、权威高效的中国特色纪检监察体制,为建设社会主义现代化强国提供制度保障。The reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system in the new era is an important measure to promote the modernization of the national corruption control system and the ability to control corruption.Its focus is to solve system problems such as decentralized functions of anti-corruption agencies,inadequate implementation of responsibilities,and difficulty in investigating and handling cases.By strengthening the unified leadership of the party,the anti-corruption agencies and functions are connected and coordinated,the discipline inspection and supervision system is reconstructed,and the overall effectiveness is comprehensively improved.Its basic strategy is to strengthen the independence,authority,responsibility and effectiveness of the anti-corruption agency under the unified leadership of the party,and to continuously improve the level of the anti-corruption agency,functional connection and coordination through the establishment of system mechanisms.Its goal is to build a discipline inspection and supervision system with Chinese characteristics and provides institutional guarantees for building a modern and powerful socialist country.
