摘　　要：临床工作中,肿瘤患者常伴有各种不同的合并症或并发症。同一患者用于治疗不同疾病的药物常存在相互作用,需要临床医生及临床药师基于循证证据、结合患者病情提供最佳治疗。本文报道了1例肾移植术后先后患乙肝、骨结核、卵巢癌合并子宫内膜癌患者的治疗。临床医生及药师根据现有指南、临床研究,在考虑用药安全、有效、经济性的基础上,优化患者治疗药物的选择,减少药物相互作用及不良反应的发生,促进了个体化药物治疗。In clinical work,tumor patients are often accompanied by various comorbidities or complications.There are often interactions between drugs used to treat different diseases in the same patient,so it requires clinicians and clinical pharmacists to provide the best treatment option for patients on the base of evidence-based medicine and full consideration of patient’s condition.Here we reported the treatment of one case of hepatitis B,bone tuberculosis,ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer after renal transplantation.According to the existing guidelines and clinical research,clinicians and pharmacists,by considering the drug safety,effectiveness and economy,optimized the choice of treatment drugs for the patient,so that reduced drug interactions and adverse reactions,and promoted individualized drug treatment.
