摘  要:润滑脂在外部激励作用下会表现出不同的流变学特性,可以用旋转流变仪对润滑脂的相关性能进行表征。对Anton-Paar MCR302旋转流变仪及其摩擦模块进行了介绍,对摩擦模块的摩擦力及赫兹接触应力进行了分析。对用旋转流变仪及其摩擦模块测定轴承润滑脂的Stribeck曲线,研究温度对润滑脂摩擦因数的影响及对轴承失矩现象等案例进行了讲解。Anton-Paar MCR302旋转流变仪及其摩擦模块可用于测定润滑脂的流变学特性,可为润滑脂的研发及应用提供技术支撑和模拟方法。Different rheological characteristics would be showed under external excitation,and the related performances of greases could be characterized with rotating rheometry.The Anton-Paar MCR302 rotating rheometry and its friction module were introduced,and the friction force and Hertz contact stress of the friction module were analyzed.The cases of measuring Stribeck curve of bearing grease with rotating rheometry and its friction module,studying the influence of temperature on friction coefficient of greases and bearing torque loss were explained.Anton-Paar MCR302 rotating rheometry and its friction module could be used to measure the rheological characteristics of greases,which could provide technical support and simulation method for the development and application of greases.
