摘  要:针对现有荧光检测系统结构复杂、体积较大、且检测下限高的缺点,本文设计完成了一种基于锁定放大的微弱荧光检测仪,该检测仪采用硅光电倍增管作为光电转换器件,采用锁定放大技术结合暗电流调零技术实现微弱荧光信号的检测。选取10^(-11)mol/L~10^(-6)mol/L的ATP标准品样本,本文设计完成的检测仪的检测值与商用的ATP检测仪作为对照,检测相同的ATP标准品样本,实验结果表明,两种检测系统具有很好的一致性,且本文设计完成的检测仪仅需1min即可完成一个样本的检测,检测精度较为准确。This paper designs and completes a weak fluorescence detector based on locked amplification for the existing fluorescence detection system with a complex structure,large size,and a high lower detection limit.The detector uses a silicon photomultiplier as the photoelectric conversion device and uses locked amplification technology combined with dark current zero-adjustment technology to detect weak fluorescent signals.ATP standard samples of 10^(-11) mol/L~10^(-6) mol/L were selected,the detection values of the completed detector designed in this paper were compared with the commercial ATP detector to detect the same ATP standard samples.The experimental results showed that the two detection systems had a good consistency.The completed detector designed in this paper only needed 1 min to complete the detection of a sample,and the detection accuracy was more accurate.
