摘 要:为探明荞麦在不同镉背景值农田中的镉积累转运特性,为镉污染农田的植物修复作用奠定基础。以8个荞麦品种(系)为材料,在9个镉污染农田开展多点试验,检测荞麦根、茎叶、籽粒镉含量。结果表明:荞麦对镉的吸收积累能力很强,在一定范围内,随着土壤镉含量增加,荞麦籽粒镉含量先呈增加趋势,随后镉含量不再明显增加。荞麦成熟期不同部位对镉的吸收规律表现为茎叶>根>籽粒;茎叶镉富集系数2.03~5.52,根镉富集系数1.03~4.08,籽粒镉富集系数0.15~0.92;根-茎叶镉转运系数1.34~2.30,茎叶-籽粒镉转运系数0.07~0.22。说明荞麦是适合用作重金属污染土壤修复的潜力植物,具有明显的镉富集能力和较强的镉运输能力,土壤镉主要转运并积累在茎叶中。The aims are to clarify the cadmium accumulation and transport characteristics of buckwheat in farmland with different cadmium background values,and lay the foundation for the phytoremediation of cadmium contaminated farmland.Using 8 buckwheat varieties(lines)as materials,multi-point experiments were carried out in 9 cadmium-contaminated farmlands to detect cadmium contents in buckwheat roots,stems and leaves,and grains.The results showed that buckwheat had a strong ability to absorb and accumulate cadmium.Within a certain range,as the soil cadmium content increased,the cadmium content of buckwheat grains first showed an increasing trend,and then the cadmium content no longer increased significantly.The absorption law of cadmium in different parts of buckwheat at maturity stage was as following:stems and leaves>roots>grains.The cadmium enrichment coefficient of stems and leaves was 2.03-5.52,the cadmium enrichment coefficient of roots was 1.03-4.08,and the cadmium enrichment coefficient of grains was 0.15-0.92.The cadmium transport coefficient of roots-stems and leaves was 1.34-2.30,and the cadmium transport coefficient of stems and leaves-grains was 0.07-0.22.The results indicate that buckwheat has obvious cadmium accumulation capacity and strong cadmium transport capacity,and could be used as a potential plant for remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil,and soil cadmium is mainly transported and accumulated in stems and leaves.
