摘　　要：内藏式多片湿式制动器因具有制动可靠、使用寿命长、免维护等优点,逐渐应用于各类工程车辆驱动桥。漏油是湿式制动器比较常见的故障,通过拆解故障件,分析查找漏油故障原因,并通过提高驱动桥清洁度、提高密封圈沟槽粗糙度精度和活塞轻量化设计等改进措施,提高活塞密封圈寿命和密封可靠性,减少湿式制动器漏油故障的发生。Built-in multi-disc wet brake has the advantages of reliable braking,long service life and maintenance-free,so it is gradually applied to drive axle of various engineering vehicles.Oil leakage is a common fault of wet brake.Through disassembling fault parts,causes of oil leakage are analyzed and found.Through improvement measures such as improving cleanliness of drive axle,improving roughness accuracy of seal ring groove and lightweight design of piston,service life and sealing reliability of piston seal ring are improved,and occurrence of oil leakage faults of wet brake is reduced.
