摘　　要：意识形态关乎旗帜、关乎道路、关乎国家政治安全,高校已成为意识形态斗争的前沿阵地。高校网络意识形态安全作为高校意识形态工作的重要组成部分,在新时代面临境外敌对势力的恶意网络攻击、宗教的非法网络渗透、非主流意识形态的网络传播、部分师生发表不当网络言论等挑战。其原因主要是由外部社会环境发生的变化、高校网络意识形态安全工作存在的不足、高校师生筑牢正确意识形态的能力参差不齐等因素造成。新时代高校网络意识形态安全工作应对的关键在教师,基础在教育,抓手是现代信息技术,核心是牢牢掌握高校网络意识形态安全工作的领导权、管理权和话语权。有关部门要齐抓共管、形成合力,才能切实有效做好高校网络意识形态安全工作。Ideology which is related to the flag,the road,and the national political security,colleges and universities have become the forefront of ideological struggle.As an important part of ideological works in colleges and universities,the network ideological security of colleges and universities have been facing the new era’s challenges of the malicious network attack from foreign hostile force,the illegal network infiltration of religion,the network communication of nonmainstream ideology,and the inappropriate online comments from some teachers and students.The main reasons include the changes in the external social environment,the deficiencies of network ideological security works in colleges and universities,the teachers and students in colleges and universities to build up the correct ideologies with uneven ability and so on.In the new era,the key to deal with the network ideological security works in colleges and universities depends on the teachers,the foundation depends on education,the grip is modern information technology,the core is to grasp the leadership power,management power and discourse power of network ideological security works in colleges and universities firmly.The relevant departments shuold work together to make the comprehensive management and form a joint force,so as to carry out the network ideological security works in colleges and universities practically and effectively.
