摘  要:本文从原材料生产到紧固件制造,精准识别热轧盘条生产工艺的关键点,基于SCM435连续冷却转变曲线,通过采取不同的控轧控冷工艺成功开发出(铁素体+珠光体)型和贝氏体型两款产品。结合钢厂、拉丝厂、紧固件厂整个产业链工业化生产实践,得出以下结论:(铁素体+珠光体)型产品组织和性能均匀性略差,可用于一球两拉精线改制工艺,但不适用于生产复杂零件;贝氏体型产品组织和性能均匀性较优,可用于两球两拉或首道拉拔减面率较小的一球两拉工艺,可用于生产复杂零件。From the production of raw materials to the manufacturing of fasteners,this paper accurately identifies the key points of hot-rolled wire rod production process.Based on the continuous cooling transformation curve of SCM435,two types of products(ferrite+pearlite)and bainite have been successfully developed through adopting different controlled rolling and controlled cooling processes.Combined with the industrial production practice of the whole industrial chain of steel plant,wire drawing plant and fastener plant,the following conclusions are drawn.The(ferrite+pearlite)products have slightly poor uniformity in microstructure and properties,which can be used for the transformation process of one ball two drawing line,but it is not suitable for the production of complex parts.The bainitic products have better uniformity of microstructure and properties,and can be used in two ball two drawing process or one ball two drawing process with small surface reduction rate in the first drawing process,and can be used to produce complex parts.
