制动泵主缸补偿孔反冲加工数控机床的应用

摘  要:汽车制动泵主缸的质量与性能,将会决定制动系统的运行以及汽车制动的效果。基于经济性和稳定性考虑,汽车大多选择液压制动系统,在制动过程中密封皮碗经过制动泵主缸上的补偿孔做往复运动。随着制动次数增加,补偿孔的边缘会划伤皮碗,进而导致密封效果变差,出现液压油渗漏等问题,汽车制动效果也受到影响,影响驾驶安全。文章介绍了一种制动泵主缸补偿孔反冲加工技术,在介绍技术内容的基础上,重点从专用数控机床的设备设计、机械本体设计以及伺服系统控制设计等方面,对其设计思路和应用效果等展开简要分析。The quality and performance of the main cylinder of the automobile brake pump will determine the operation of the braking system and the braking effect of the automobile.Based on the consideration of economy and stability,most cars choose the hydraulic braking system,and the sealing leather bowl reciprocates through the compensation hole in the main cylinder of the brake pump in the braking process.With the increase of braking times,the edge of the compensation hole will scratch the leather bowl,resulting in poor sealing effect,hydraulic oil leakage and other problems,the vehicle braking effect will also be affected,affecting driving safety.This paper introduces a kind of recoil machining technology for compensation hole of brake pump master cylinder.On the basis of introducing the technical content,this paper focuses on the equipment design,mechanical body design and servo system control design of special CNC machine tools.Its design ideas and application effects are briefly analyzed.
