摘 要:针对大功率两电平电压源逆变器功率器件开关频率较低引发的问题,给出了一种输出频率低频段采用异步空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)、中频段采用同步SVPWM和特定谐波消除脉宽调制(SHEPWM)的多模式脉宽调制策略。所提调制策略可以避免在低频时SHEPWM开关角存储量过大、中频时谐波电压含量较高的问题。采用电压矢量等效法实现了SHEPWM和SVPWM之间的平稳切换,采用电流谐波过零点的方法实现了SHEPWM不同载波比之间的平滑过渡。采用MATLAB/Simulink搭建仿真平台,验证了多模式脉宽调制策略的可行性。Aiming at the problem caused by low switching frequency of power devices in high-power two-level voltage source inverter,a multi-mode PWM strategy with asynchronous space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)in low frequency and synchronous SVPWM and specific harmonic elimination pulse width modulation(SHEPWM)in medium frequency is proposed.This modulation strategy can avoid the problems of excessive storage of SHEPWM switching angle at low frequency and high harmonic voltage content at medium frequency.The voltage vector equivalent method is used to realize the smooth switching between SHEPWM and SVPWM,and the current harmonic zero crossing method is used to realize the smooth transition between SHEPWM.different carrier ratios of MATLAB/Simulink is used to build the simulation platform to verify the feasibility of the multi-mode PWM strategy.
