摘　　要：通过对某住宅工程倾斜超限原因的分析,找出引起基础不均匀沉降的主要原因,采用静压注浆的地基处理方法,有效地改善基础下地基土的性质,使地基土承载力提高,消除了既有构筑物的沉降问题。Through analysis on reasons for inclination of a residential project,the main reason for uneven settlement of the foundation was found,and the foundation treatment method of static pressure grouting was adopted to effectively improve properties of the foundation soil under the foundation and make foundation soil bearing capacity improve,and eliminate the settlement problem of existing structures.
