摘 要:以EBZ135型矿用掘进机为研究对象,在简要分析其截割头整体结构的基础上,利用UG和ANSYS软件分别建立了截割头的三维几何模型和有限元模型,对其EBZ135型掘进机截割头截齿进行受力仿真分析。结果发现,截割头中36个截齿的受力存在明显的不均匀性,不利于掘进机的稳定与可靠运行。基于ANSYS软件对截割头截齿的排列方式进行优化改进,使得截齿之间的受力变得更加均匀。将改进方案应用到掘进机工程实践中,设备的故障率明显降低,取得很好的实际应用效果。Taking EBZ135 mine roadheader as the research object,based on the brief analysis of the overall structure of the roadheader cutting head,the 3 D geometric model and finite element model of the cutting head were established by using UG and ANSYS software,and the stress analysis of the cutting head of EBZ135 roadheader carried out.The results show that the force of 36 picks in the cutting head is obviously uneven,which is not conducive to the stable and reliable operation of the roadheader.Based on ANSYS software,the arrangement of the pick of the cutting head is optimized to make the force between the picks more uniform.The improved scheme is applied to the engineering practice of roadheader,the failure rate of equipment is significantly reduced,and good practical application effect is achieved.
