智能巡检机器人在漳村煤矿的应用

摘　　要：漳村煤矿建设一套480上仓皮带智能机器人巡检系统,采用山西戴德测控有限责任公司生产的ZDX12型智能巡检机器人,实现480上仓皮带区域覆盖。实践表明,皮带巡检机器人代替人工巡检,可以避免皮带损坏停产造成的经济损失,最大限度地提升了漳村煤矿的安全效益。Zhangcun Coal Mine has built a set of intelligent robot system of 480 warehouse belt inspection system, and the ZDX12-type intelligent inspection robot produced by Shanxi Dade Measurement and Control Co., Ltd. is adopted to realize the coverage of 480 warehouse belt area. Practice has shown that the belt inspection robot, instead of manual inspection, can avoid the economic losses caused by belt damage and production production, and maximize the safety efficiency of Zhangcun Coal Mine.
