摘  要:针对矿井提升机制动系统控制逻辑复杂、制动速度慢、柔性差、冲击大的不足,提出了一种新的矿井提升机制动控制系统。该系统通过系统监测模块对提升机的运行状态进行监测,根据运量和运行速度自动匹配最佳的制动特性曲线,将控制信息传递给比例溢流阀模块,通过精确控制阀口的大小,实现对制动力的无级调节,满足对提升机柔性制动的需求。根据实际验证,新的制动系统能够将制动速度提升79.3%,将制动时的冲击降低88.5%,显著提升了提升机制动的灵敏性和稳定性。A new brake control system of mine hoist is proposed for the complex control logic, slow brake speed, poor flexibility and large impact of mine lift brake system. The operation state of the hoist is monitored through the system monitoring module, and automatically passes the control information to the proportional overflow valve module with the optimal braking characteristic curve according to the flow volume and operation speed. By accurately controlling the size of the valve port, the stepless adjustment of the braking power is realized to meet the demand for flexible braking of the hoist. According to the actual verification, the new braking system is able to increase the brake speed by 79.3%,reduce the braking impact by 88.5%, significantly improving the sensitivity and stability of the lift brake.
