摘 要:目的:了解护理人员职业紧张及情绪耗竭现状,分析职业紧张对情绪耗竭的影响。方法:采用工作内容问卷、情绪耗竭分量表对上海市457名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果:护理人员职业紧张中的工作要求维度、自主程度维度、社会支持维度得分分别为(13.56±2.04)分、(23.30±2.64)分、(22.87±3.85)分,情绪耗竭得分为(13.97±7.68)分。单因素分析结果显示,性别、学历对护理人员的情绪耗竭有影响(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,护理人员情绪耗竭的影响因素有社会支持、工作要求和学历(P<0.05)。结论:职业紧张是影响护理人员情绪耗竭的重要因素,护理管理者应制定科学的管理策略,降低护理人员职业紧张度,减少情绪耗竭的发生。Objective:To understand the status quo of occupational stress and emotional exhaustion of nursing staff and analyze the effect of occupational stress on emotional exhaustion.Methods:A total of 457 nurses in Shanghai were investigated by job content questionnaire and emotional exhaustion subscale.Results:The scores of job demands,decision latitude and social support were(13.56±2.04),(23.30±2.64)and(22.87±3.85)respectively,and the score of emotional exhaustion was(13.97±7.68).Univariate analysis showed that gender and educational background had influence on emotional exhaustion of nursing staff(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of emotional exhaustion of nursing staff included social support,job requirements and educational background(P<0.05).Conclusions:Occupational stress is an important factor affecting emotional exhaustion of nursing staff.Nursing managers should formulate scientific management strategies to reduce occupational stress and emotional exhaustion of nursing staff.
