摘　　要：目的调查分析2018年某部队精神疾病患者基本情况和发病诱因,了解某部队精神疾病患病现状,为精神疾病预防提供重要理论支撑。方法对2018年某部队134例精神疾病患者进行调查分析,采用国际疾病分类(ICD-10)作为诊断工具和自编的一般情况调查表采集信息。结果疾病谱分析结果显示,排名前2位的是心境障碍69例(51.5%)和精神分裂症46例(34.3%)。精神分裂症和心境障碍患者在职级(χ^(2)=5.04,P<0.05)和文化程度(χ^(2)=5.72,P<0.05)上差异有统计学意义。精神分裂症中士官占比明显高于心境障碍,且文化程度较低。此外,精神分裂症和心境障碍的发病诱因中排名2位的主要为家庭关系和环境适应问题。治疗效果分析结果显示,两类疾病缓解率高(95.7%vs 87.0%),但是痊愈率低(4.3%vs11.6%)。结论精神分裂症和心境障碍仍然是该部队最为常见的精神疾病,疾病类别与职级和文化程度密切相关。家庭关系和部队环境适应是部队精神疾病主要诱因。因此,部队应该针对那些职级和文化程度较低的精神疾病患者进行特殊护理,对家庭关系和部队适应问题展开积极干预。Objective To find out about the incidence of mental illness in a military troop and provide data for the prevention of mental illness in the military.Methods A survey and data analysis were conducted among military patients diagnosed with mental illness in 2018.The International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10)was used as a diagnostic tool while a self-made basic information questionnaire was used to collect information.Results The disease spectrum analysis showed that the most common mental illnesses were mood disorder in 69 patients(51.5%)and schizophrenia in 46 patients(34.3%).There was significant difference in rank(χ^(2)=5.04,P<0.05)and levels of education between these patients(χ^(2)=5.72,P<0.05).Non-commissioned officers were more vulnerable to schizophrenia than to mood disorders,and had lower levels of education.In addition,the top two causes of schizophrenia and mood disorders were poor family relationships and environmental adaptation problems.The therapeutic effect against schizophrenia and mood disorders was found to be low with a cure rate of 4.3%vs 11.6%,but with a high remission rate of 95.7%vs 87.0%.Conclusion A high incidence of such mental disorders as schizophrenia and mood disorders has been observed among military servicemen,and the types of diseases are closely related to rank and education levels.Poor family relationships and environmental adaptation are the main causes of mental illness.Therefore,special care should be provided for patients with mental illness who are lower in rank and not well-educated.
