清热祛湿法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征随机对照试验的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:讨论清热祛湿法干预腹泻型肠易激综合征(Irritable Bowel Syndrome,IBS)的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供循证帮助。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane、Embase、中国知网、万方数据库和维普网关于清热祛湿法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的随机对照实验文献,文献检索时限均从建库至2021年2月,使用RevMen 5.3软件对结果进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入8篇文献,合计787例患者,Meta分析结果显示清热祛湿法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的有效率优于常规西药对照组,且能显著改善IBS病情严重程度表症状积分,腹痛、腹胀症状,但腹泻症状未得到显著改善。结论:清热祛湿法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征可以有效缓解患者总体症状,尤其是腹痛、腹胀,无重大不良反应,安全性尚可。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of clearing Heat and removing Dampness on diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome,and provide evidence-based help for clinical treatment.Methods:PubMed,Cochrane,EMBASE,CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP were searched for randomized controlled trials on the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)by clearing away Heat and removing Dampness.The time limit of literature search was from the establishment of the database to February 2021.The results were meta analyzed by RevMen 5.3 software.Results:Eight literature were included,a total of 787 patients.The results of meta analysis showed that the effective rate of Heat clearing and Dampness removing therapy for diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome was better than that of the conventional western medicine control group,and it could significantly improve IBS-SSS symptom score,abdominal pain and abdominal distention symptoms,but the diarrhea symptoms were not significantly improved.Conclusion:Heat clearing and Dampness removing therapy can effectively alleviate the overall symptoms of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome,especially abdominal pain and distention,without serious adverse reactions,and it is safe.
